Can I customize my dance shoes?
Yes. You may customize width (Wide/Narrow/Regular), choose your material, color and heel height (please refer to the Charts & Info Page) and even add Swarovski stones to your shoes. Please contact us via email.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes.
Do you sell shoes wholesale?
Yes. Depending on the quantity of your order, we will arrange the best possible wholesale price for you if you decide to sell shoes in your store/studio. Please send us an email.
How do I track my order?
When your shoes have been shipped, we will send you a confirmation with the tracking number.
How long does it take for my shoes to arrive?
For shoes that are listed on the "In stock" page, they will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. For the rest of the shoes, they will be customized as according to your specifications. These customized shoes will take about 2-3 to be manufactured and sent out. Usually, upon sending the shoes, it will take an additional week to arrive.
